Sore Knee Exercises and Stretches

Knee Strengthening and Stretching

Knee pain is a common problem that can arise from an acute injury to a medical problem.

In order to diagnose the problem correctly it is necessary to do a thorough examination of the knee.

The treatment of knee pain depends on the underlying cause.

The prognosis of knee pain is usually good and many types of minor knee pain respond well to self-care measures. Physical therapy and knee braces also can help relieve knee pain. However, in some cases surgical interventions may be necessary.

A simple exercise strategy may relieve some of the symptoms of knee pain and these can be explained when you see your physiotherapist.
