Resources for Osteoarthritis Knees


Physiotherapists from the Centre for Health, Exercise and Sports Medicine at the University of Melbourne have developed free digital resources to help people with knee osteoarthritis.This is a useful site that provides prescribed exercises for people with osteoarthritis to use, to manage their OA knees. The resources have been published in the peer-reviewed journal JAMA Internal Medicine and the website is available to people with osteoarthritis and health professionals to use. It is an easy site to navigate and the website can be found at

Dr Jan Naughton received her PhD at Sydney University where she was lecturing in Sports Medicine and undergraduate physiotherapy. She specialises in shoulder injuries and has a sports physiotherapy practice in Wahroonga on Sydney's upper north shore working with two other specialist colleagues.
